Joyce Bertens is currently the Lead Partner Analytics at bol.com, where they focus on data-driven marketing organizations and predictive analytics. Before joining bol.com in 2022, Joyce worked at EY VODW from 2010 to 2022 as a Senior Specialist in Data Science, helping clients leverage data to improve business efficiency and effectiveness. Joyce holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics with a specialization in Quantitative Marketing from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they studied from 2005 to 2009 and also served as a student assistant between 2008 and 2009.
