Nicky Jarigsma

Nicky Jarigsma currently serves as the Engineering Manager for IT Logistics at bol, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Nicky worked at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken from September 2015 to November 2023, progressing from Business Consultant to Product Manager of the Low Code Factory, focusing on leveraging Low Code platforms for enhanced operational efficiency. Prior roles include Senior Human Rights Policy Officer, where Nicky coordinated Dutch negotiations on EU external human rights policy, and Coordinating Advisor for Digital Traces at the Netherlands Forensic Institute. Nicky's expertise spans legal services in criminal law and human rights, serving as a Senior Advisor to the Board of Procurators General at the Public Prosecution Service, and experience in academia as a Lecturer in criminal law at Radboud University Nijmegen. Nicky holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University and completed the Bar Association's legal training program.
