Rene Kroon is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Owner and CTO at Scope Verhuursoftware since January 2024, Rene focuses on developing a SaaS solution for property and tenant management. Prior to this, Rene has been a Staff Engineer and Cloud Architect at bol.com since May 2014, specializing in middleware and cloud transition for numerous connected services. Rene holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente and completed an internship in Bioinformatics at the Knowledge Engineering & Discovery Research Institute.
