Rob Zoet has extensive experience in people development and training, currently serving as Project Lead for People Development at bol.com since October 2011, with previous roles including Lead People Development CS and Team Lead People & Engagement ai. Prior to bol.com, Rob held the position of Manager Training at TSYS Managed Services EMEA, and served as Teamleader at Politie Utrecht, overseeing the Regionaal Service Centrum for emergency services. Additionally, Rob has experience in customer care from positions held at Casema. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in Dutch from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained between 1993 and 1999.
