Robert Hillen

Robert Hillen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure development and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Development at bol since November 2018, Robert oversees the delivery of the company's project portfolio and manages a diverse team of specialists. Previously, Robert excelled as a Project Manager for a significant automated warehouse project, ensuring its completion within budget and timeline constraints. Prior experience includes a role at ASML as Manager of Supply Chain for EUV installations and upgrades, where responsibilities encompassed building and leading departments to enhance supply chain processes. At Newton Europe Limited, Robert worked as a Principal Consultant, focusing on optimizing operational processes for various organizations. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Project Engineer Assistant at SPIE Nederland, where construction computations and manpower planning were key responsibilities. Robert holds a Master's Degree in Systems and Control Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
