Ruth Daamen

Ruth Daamen is currently the Manager of Sourcing Personal Care at bol.com, overseeing the purchasing volume for Daily Care, Perfumery, and Health while leading a team of eight. Prior to this role, Ruth served as the Manager of Sourcing Perfumery and Health and the Manager of Sourcing Books at bol.com, developing strategies and fostering supplier relationships. Ruth's experience includes significant roles at Aldipress as a Product Manager, where they managed publishers and optimized distribution processes, and at Vandersterre as an Account Manager for both the Netherlands and South Germany. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics from Hogeschool 's-Hertogenbosch and has completed advanced training in Strategic Marketing Management and Negotiation.
