Tom de Regt

Tom de Regt is a seasoned business analyst with significant experience in logistics and demand planning. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at bol since May 2022, Tom focuses on data analysis, IT innovations, project management, and stakeholder management within a logistical innovation team. Prior to this role, Tom worked at L'Oréal from September 2017 to December 2021, progressing from a Demand Planner to a Demand Planning Manager, where responsibilities included leading a demand planning team, improving forecast quality, and implementing supply chain projects. Tom's supply chain expertise is further underscored by previous roles as a Supply Planner and a Supply Chain Intern at Integrand. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Urban, Port and Transport Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen, and has further education in Spanish from the University of Groningen and National Chengchi University.
