We firmly believe that by nurturing meaningful connections, cultivating strong leadership skills, and providing abundant opportunities, our current and future Blacks in Occupational, Environmental, Health, and Safety (OEHS) leaders can thrive and excel in their careers. We are dedicated to creating a supportive space where every individual, regardless of their background, can harness their potential, lead with confidence, and seize every opportunity for personal and professional growth. Together, we celebrate the richness of diversity, ensuring that the voices, talents, and contributions of our Black community members are valued, respected, and amplified in the field of OEHS.
