Many organizations use coaches nowadays to improve the well-being, productivity and efficacy of their workforce. However, the quality of coaching and the results it achieves often vary and are hard to measure.

Bold Academy is a Dutch educational institute that trains professional coaches to achieve solid, significant and tangible improvements in workforce productivity and well-being.

Very often coaches are trained from a too narrow perspective: either overly rational or overly spiritual. Bold Academy has a uniquely integral approach to coaching that focuses on multiple levels of personality: rational, mental, emotional and spiritual. Bold always uses the latest scientific insights and translates them into coaching techniques that can make a measurable difference in everyday life.

What do we stand for?
Bold stands for courage, vision and kindness.
