Bob Esquerra, CPA, is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in San Diego. Currently serving as the President of B.A.S.E. UP and the Consulting Division Director at Bold Group, Bob focuses on leadership, coaching, and financial expertise. Previously, Bob held key financial positions including Chief Financial Officer at SDA Security and Chief Operating Officer/CFO at Alarms Unlimited, where they played vital roles in company growth and successful sales transactions. Bob began their accounting career as a Senior Auditor at Dressel, DelConte & Company after earning a Bachelor's degree from Alliant International University.
