Jacob Perez

Jacob Perez is a knowledgeable IT professional with extensive experience in support, systems administration, and training coordination. Currently serving as a Level 2 Support Technician at Bold Group, Jacob manages Tier 1 and 2 tickets while providing troubleshooting assistance for the Manitou Alarm Dispatch Software and various integrations. Previously, Jacob worked at Security Partners - Advanced Monitoring Solutions in several capacities, including System Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed managing Active Directory and Office 365, and as Corporate Training Coordinator, where Jacob developed and implemented a nationwide training program. Jacob’s background also includes roles in dispatch and safety at Mace Security International and Biola University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Biola University.
