BOLD is an Uruguayan company founded in 2011 as a spin off of Servinfo Soluciones Globales an IT Company with more than 13 years in the Uruguayan market.
Focused in the Latin American market of middle sized operators (tier 2 and tier 3), its customers have been able to launch – with Bold's advanced platform and support- services such as VOD, Live TV, OTT and multiscreen offerings, with low capital expenditures. 
One of its main strengths has been its expertise to deal with hybrid DVB-IP, and cloud Solutions. Bold has itself partnered with strategic middleware, hardware and software suppliers in the industry and has developed  innovative, creative alternatives and solutions to its clients, adding value to their processes and business.
