Arien Ferrell

Arien Ferrell is an experienced intellectual property professional currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property and M&A at BOLD since January 2023. Ferrell focuses on developing IP asset creation and strategy, enhancing team capabilities, and improving Legal team efficiency. Prior to this role, Ferrell held various positions including Senior IP Counsel at Verint, where management of IP assets was a primary responsibility, and Senior Counsel/Of Counsel at Patterson + Sheridan, LLP, overseeing patent applications and advising on licensing agreements. With a robust background in patent strategy developed at Intuit, Sun Microsystems, and other organizations, as well as military experience as a Sergeant in the USMC, Ferrell's educational credentials include a JD from Pepperdine Law and a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA.
