Caroline Torres is an experienced facilities and operations manager with a strong background in optimizing business processes. Currently serving as a Senior Facilities Manager at BOLD since May 2016, Caroline contributes to a company dedicated to transforming the online career landscape. Prior to BOLD, Caroline held the position of Operations Manager at Legal Credit Solutions, where daily operations were managed to align with company objectives. Caroline's career began at Sprint as an Assistant Manager. Academic qualifications include a degree in Operations Management from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Ponce.
