Daria Tęcza is a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BOLD, having begun this role in November 2021. Prior to BOLD, Daria served as an HR Specialist at SolDevelo Sp. z o.o. and held various positions in IT recruitment and employer branding with IT Professionals and Professionals Group. Daria's expertise encompasses end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT sector, employer branding strategies, and enhancing candidate experience. Additionally, Daria has experience in office administration, having worked as an Office Administrative Assistant at Travactory N.V., and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Social Communication and Journalism from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk and University of Gdansk.
