Helen Matthews

Helen Matthews has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the technology and human resources industries. Helen started their career as a Consultant at Accenture, focusing on systems integration and process management. Helen then moved on to work as a Consultant at Ausine-Hayne (now SuccessFactors), where they specialized in product and content management. After that, they co-founded HiringTools.com and served as the Director, developing web-based recruitment systems that were later acquired by Monster.com. Helen then joined Women's Initiative as the Director of HR and Organizational Development, where they helped low-income women achieve their dream of business ownership through training and micro-loan programs. Following this, they worked at LiveCareer as a Product Director, where they contributed to the company's growth and success by launching multiple products. Currently, they hold the position of VP Product at Bold, formerly known as LiveCareer, where they are instrumental in transforming work lives by providing online products, tools, guidance, and support.

Helen Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Stanford University, graduating in 1993. In 2016, they attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education to study Customer-Focused Innovation.
