Jyotsna Gupta

Jyotsna Gupta is a skilled quality assurance professional with over 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Project Lead at BOLD since March 2011, Jyotsna is responsible for analyzing system requirements and developing test cases and plans. Previously held positions include Software Test Engineer at Indiabulls, where responsibilities included testing and documenting bugs, Testing Engineer at Indicom with a focus on verifying use cases, and Technical Support Engineer at Reliance, troubleshooting hardware devices and testing communication with application servers. Jyotsna holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, completed in 2007.
