Patrick Ludwig has a strong background in HR systems and operations. Patrick is currently working as a Lead in HR Systems at BOLD. Prior to this, they held the role of HR Systems & Operations Analyst at BOLD. Before joining BOLD, Patrick worked at Miller Heiman Group for several years in various HR roles. Patrick served as the Director of Global HRIS & Payroll, where they managed global employee data, payroll operations, and the implementation of payroll operations in France and Sweden. Patrick also held the position of Manager of Global HRIS & Payroll, where they recreated the company's HRIS system and managed payroll operations in North America and EMEA. Prior to that, they were the Compensation & HR Operations Manager, overseeing compensation reviews and labor cost tracking. Patrick also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing new hire logistics and recruitment efforts, and as a Human Resource Coordinator, implementing an applicant tracking system and leading training sessions.

Patrick Ludwig attended the College of Wooster where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chinese Studies, Spanish, and Anthropology. Prior to that, they attended DuPont Manual High School. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick obtained an advanced certification in Microsoft Excel: Advanced Formulas & Functions from StackSkills in March 2020, and a Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera Nivel B2 from Instituto Cervantes in November 2019.
