Prior to this, Steve spent over a decade at SEC Ventures, where responsibilities included advising, investing, and building teams for various projects and startups. Steve's early career includes a role as Director of Core Portfolio Services at Charles Schwab, and co-founding Embark Corporation, which pioneered online college search and admissions, establishing one of the first SaaS businesses. Notably, Steve also contributed as a Senior Consultant at Seer Technologies, a successful joint venture that became a leader in enterprise application development. Steve holds a BS in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
