Melissa Gurcan

Melissa Gurcan is a data scientist currently employed at Boldking since February 2021, where responsibilities include working across multiple teams to automate data flow based on key performance indicators and creating dashboards. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and machine learning to assist teams in business decision-making through various predictive models, including churn prediction and customer lifetime value analysis. Prior to Boldking, Melissa served as a growth engineer at Superpeer, Inc., providing data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, and as a data scientist at Unless.com, where experience included managing the entire machine learning pipeline and preparing business presentations and reports. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Uludag University.
