Jami Dunsford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jami started their career as a Mortgage Loan Assistant at Peoples First Bank in 2003, where they assisted with origination and sale of mortgage loans and tracked data for reporting purposes. Jami then worked at the Florida Department of Corrections, starting as a Staff Assistant in 2004 and eventually advancing to roles such as Research Associate, Government Operations Consultant II, and Government Analyst II. Their responsibilities in these roles included survey tracking, SAS coding, project management, and creating reports using Microsoft Excel and Word. In 2018, Jami transitioned to the field of education as an ESL Teacher at VIPKid, engaging students in one-on-one lessons and focusing on verbal and written English skills. Jami also worked as an ESL Teacher at Magic Ears, providing individualized lessons to students and assessing their progress. Currently, Jami works as a Business Support Specialist at Boldly Subscription Staffing, matching highly skilled professionals with businesses to help them move forward.
Jami Dunsford obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Florida State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they also hold a 120 Hour TESOL Certificate from the International Open Academy, which they obtained in November 2018, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Florida Sterling Council, which they obtained in February 2017.
