Jonathan Schneiders

Jonathan Schneiders, CHRP, currently serves as the Global Director of People Success & Country Operations at Boldr, where responsibilities include leading global teams to enhance professional development and managing country operations to ensure compliance with local regulations. With a tenure at Boldr since February 2017, positions previously held include Global Director of People Development, Country Director for Mexico, and Director of Operations Support, with a focus on establishing foundational people processes and developing initial onboarding and performance management systems. Additionally, Jonathan has experience in language training and development management at Berlitz Philippines / LearningLitz Inc. and contributed to international relations during the Rio 2016 Olympics.
