Emma D'Agostino

Emma D'Agostino has a diverse work experience in the medical writing and healthcare field. Emma is currently working as a Lead Medical Writer at BOLDSCIENCE since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Consumer Representative at FDA starting from May 2018. Emma also worked as an Independent Consultant at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation from May 2015, where they held various roles including serving on the Data and Safety Monitoring Board and co-leading the Research Summary Review Committee. Emma has also worked at Virgo Health as an Associate Scientific Director from April 2022 to May 2023. Emma's previous experience includes working at SciMentum as both a Senior Medical Writer from January 2022 to April 2022 and a Medical Writer from November 2020 to January 2022 where they provided scientific leadership and developed scientific materials for rheumatology-based accounts.

Emma D'Agostino's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Norcross High School. Emma graduated from high school in 2012, and then enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From 2012 to 2016, Emma pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, Emma enrolled at Emory University in 2016, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biochemistry in 2020.
