During this time, they purified and characterized antibody-based therapeutics, prepared them for in vivo PBPK modeling studies, and evaluated their binding to antibody targets.

Overall, Leigh-Ann Booth has gained expertise in molecular biology, enzymology, clinical diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical research through their work experiences.

Leigh-Ann Booth obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Medical Parasitology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, from 2016 to 2017.
