Anada Lakra has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. In 2014, they began their career as an Associate Consultant at Synpulse Management Consulting, followed by a role as a Consultant at the same company. In 2015, they co-founded and led product at day100, a SaaS product that helps companies make better, data-driven hiring decisions. In 2017, they became a Product Manager at Stella Connect. In 2019, they moved to Peloton Interactive as a Product Manager. In 2020, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate in their Digital Practice. Later in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of BoldVoice, a speech and accent coaching app that helps non-native English speakers speak more clearly and confidently. BoldVoice has won Google Play's Best Apps in 2021 and was named one of the top Education apps for 2022 by Forbes.
Anada Lakra completed their MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they were in the S21 batch of Y Combinator. Anada obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Ethics Politics and Economics, magna cum laude from Yale University in 2014. In 2013, they attended University of Cambridge for an exchange program in Economics and Politics. Anada also has a Digital & Analytics Training certification from McKinsey & Company.
