In 2015, they co-founded day100 - hire people, not paper, where they served as Co-founder. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Product Engineering at Section4. In 2019, they became Chief Tinkerer at USOROV. In 2021, Ilya U. became CTO of BoldVoice.
