Adam Withers

Adam Withers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Practice Lead at Boldyn Networks since August 2022, Adam is responsible for the commercialization of above-ground assets, including lighting and CCTV columns, as well as bus shelters and property management. Prior to this, Adam spent 15 years at NET CS, holding various leadership positions, including Sales and Business Development Director, Technical Director, and Associate Director. In these roles, Adam developed sales strategies, managed teams, and ensured operational excellence while contributing to the technical aspects of RF coverage design. Adam holds an NVQ Level 2 & 3 in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Bracknell and Wokingham College, alongside prior educational achievements including GNVQ and AS Levels from Garth Hill Sixth Form, plus 9 GCSEs from Garth Hill School.
