Alan Cohen

Alan Cohen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources. Currently serving as Director and Senior HR Business Partner at Boldyn Networks since October 2022, Alan has a proven track record of enhancing performance through innovative HR programs. Previously, Alan founded AccessHR Coaching, acting as Senior HR Business Partner, Executive Coach, and Principal, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives from 2016 to January 2023. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at AIG, where Alan provided strategic consulting for complex HR issues, and Vice President & Head of Employee Relations at Charles Schwab, where Alan advanced to HR Business Partner in just one year. Alan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and completed the Executive Coaching program at Columbia University.
