Chris Bowie

Chris Bowie is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CFO for Boldyn Networks in the UK and Ireland since August 2016, Chris oversees financial operations and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include General Manager of Group Planning and Reporting, where Chris led financial modeling and M&A projects, and Strategy and Transformation Manager, focusing on growth strategies across multiple countries. Prior to Boldyn Networks, Chris worked at PwC as a Manager in the Deals - M&A team, and at McGrathNicol in Transaction Services, with particular expertise in financial due diligence and advisory engagements. Chris began a career in assurance with Ernst & Young, advancing from Senior Accountant. Chris holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
