Colm Gallagher

Colm Gallagher is a senior corporate lawyer with extensive experience in legal advisory roles primarily in M&A, investments, and corporate transactions. Currently serving as Deputy Group General Counsel at Boldyn Networks since September 2021, Colm focuses on a wide range of legal matters impacting the organization. Previously, during a decade at NortonLifeLock, Colm held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel, leading numerous M&A integration workstreams and managing corporate governance while advising on various corporate transactions. Colm began a legal career as an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, following a trainee solicitor role at the same firm, and has prior experience as a paralegal at Allied Irish Banks. Colm holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
