Dawn Laffoon

Dawn Laffoon's work experience began in 1992 as a Performer at Disneyland, where they stayed until 1995. Dawn then worked at Perkins & Marie Callendars, Inc. as a Facilities Coordinator from 1997 until 2005. During this time, they oversaw repair and maintenance needs for 160 corporate restaurants, managed new property development and remodel coordination, and assisted senior level executives with project management. In 2005, Dawn joined CoreLogic as a Corporate Lease Coordinator and later became a Corporate Real Estate Lease Administrator from 2010 to 2015. In these roles, they handled lease administration for a portfolio of 1.6 million square feet, managed outside audit firms, processed invoices, drafted lease-related documents, and coordinated maintenance. Dawn also co-managed the safety committee and oversaw evacuations. Dawn then worked at JLL as a Lease Analyst from 2015 to 2018, where they handled domestic and international leases, performed lease abstraction and document review, and maintained accurate portfolio information. Dawn'smost recent role is Senior Leasing Analyst at Mobilitie, where they started in 2018.

Dawn Laffoon holds a Paralegal Certification from UC Irvine, which they received between the years 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton.
