Donna Grant

Donna Grant is an accomplished Salesforce Product Owner with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. Over 13 years, Donna has led transformational projects and driven business growth, beginning as a sole Salesforce administrator at Jisc and progressing to managing a diverse team of professionals. Donna has successfully implemented Salesforce solutions, consolidating systems, and achieving significant cost savings through strategic initiatives. Currently, Donna serves as a Global Systems Technical Product Manager at Boldyn Networks while previously holding key positions in Salesforce management and customer systems at Jisc. Donna also holds a BSc (Hons) in Information and Computing from Loughborough University.
