Jen Ruthven

Jen Ruthven is an experienced professional in learning and career development, currently serving as Group Director at Boldyn Networks since January 2022, where strategic and operational support is provided across learning, performance, capability, talent, and development. Previously, Jen held the role of Director of Organizational Development at Transit Wireless from April 2019 to June 2023, focusing on organizational design strategies throughout the employee lifecycle. Additional experience includes leading HR, organizational design, and learning strategies as Managing Director of Think.Learning. from 2011 to February 2022, and serving as Principal Manager of Workforce Development at Transport NSW. Jen has a strong background in the training and development sector, having held various roles including RTO & Learning & Development Manager at the State Transit Authority of NSW and Training Manager at Impact Training Institute. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership (Human Resources) from GQ Australia.
