Joel Macmillan

Joel MacMillan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for both the US and UK & Ireland regions at Boldyn Networks since March 2021. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Finance Director at BAI Communications from January 2017 to March 2021, overseeing global transit financial operations. From January 2014 to December 2016, Joel was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and also served as Interim CFO at Transit Wireless. Joel's earlier experience includes roles as a Commercial Analyst at Broadcast Australia and a Senior Consultant in Mergers and Acquisitions at Grant Thornton Australia. Joel's educational background includes a General Management Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago and Macquarie University, respectively.
