John Mackay

John Mackay has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Boldyn Networks since July 2012. Prior to this role, John held the position of General Counsel at Silverbrook Research from July 2001 to June 2012, and served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Macquarie Telecom Group for a year. John's earlier roles include General Counsel at LibertyOne and Corporate Counsel at Optus, with initial legal experience as a Lawyer at Blake Dawson. John Mackay holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree in Economics from UNSW, completed between 1985 and 1989.
