Kara Luzi

Kara Luzi is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Boldyn Networks since May 2022, Kara collaborates with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and implements diversity initiatives to enhance the employer brand. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Phase 4 Services, Kara led HR strategies to support company growth, and as Global Head of Human Resources at Examity®, Kara transformed HR functions, contributing to significant company accolades. Additional roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Aurora Flight Sciences, where Kara facilitated merger integrations, and strategic HR positions at Hologic, Benchmark Senior Living, Boston Scientific, and Staples. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island and further studies at Mississippi State University.
