Mark Holt is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Boldyn Networks since 2024 after completing the sale of Apogee Telecom, Inc., where they led from 1999 to 2024. Prior to that, Mark held key roles at companies including GCI and Alaska DigiTel, contributing significantly to financial management and strategic growth in the telecommunications sector. Mark earned a BA in Accounting from St. Edward's University and holds a CPA designation in Washington State. Additionally, they have been active on the boards of Elauwit Connection and Degree Analytics, focusing on governance in higher education and corporate strategy. In retirement, Mark enjoys golf, fishing, pickleball, snow skiing, and travel.
