Marvin Kelly, PhD CEng MIET, is the Principal RAN Architect at Boldyn Networks, where they lead the design strategy for Neutral Host and Private Mobile Networks. With a robust background in telecommunications, Marvin has expertise in Smart Cities connectivity and various RAN technologies, including 5G and Open-RAN Systems. They previously held key positions at Ericsson, Dense Air, and Amdocs, among others, and have served as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Marvin earned a Doctor of Philosophy focused on in-building signal propagation from Loughborough University, and also holds an MPhil in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology.
