Phil Carrow

Phil Carrow has extensive experience in the telecommunications and military sectors, currently serving as EVP of Boldyn Military at Boldyn Networks since May 2022. Phil has been the CEO and President of Government Solutions at Signal Point Systems, Inc. since September 2014, where a team of Veterans is led to navigate the wireless industry's access and approvals on military installations nationwide. Additionally, Phil is an Affiliate with the National Veterans Memorial and Museum since January 2019. Previously, Phil owned and directed business development at Telecomm Solutions Group / SkyCell LLC from 1997 to 2014 and worked as a Site Engineer and Program Manager at Motorola from 1993 to 1997. Phil's career began in the United States Air Force, serving as a Communications Technician in the 1836 E&I Squadron from 1988 to 1993.
