Currently serving as the Head of International Retail Development at BOLIA, they focus on creating impactful retail experiences and driving brand consistency across global markets. Previously, they held various leadership roles at BoConcept A/S, including Global Head of Partner Support, where they significantly enhanced store operations and franchisee onboarding processes. Michael's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Administration & Management from the University of Sunderland and recent training as an NLP Practitioner in Coaching.
