Tom Söderman

Tom Söderman is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations in the mining sector. They began their career as an Exploration Geologist at Terra Mining AB before progressing to Chief Mine Planning, where they managed a team responsible for open pit gold mine operations. Söderman served as General Manager at Nordic Mines Oy and currently holds the position of General Manager at Boliden Kevitsa Mining Oy. With a Master's degree in Geology from Åbo Akademi, they have also gained expertise as Vice President at Kemi Mine and in various engineering and managerial roles at Outokumpu and Dragon Mining AB.
