Srikanth Bolla is MIT’s first international blind student and the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of BOLLANT Industries Private Limited, an eco-friendly manufacturing company in Hyderabad, India. A passionate learner, dynamic leader, and social entrepreneur, Srikanth has dedicated time to empowering youth and promoting sustainability while employing individuals with varying abilities. Srikanth has been recognized on Forbes Asia's 30 Under 30 List and has received numerous awards for academic excellence and social impact. As a sought-after public speaker, Srikanth actively engages with organizations focused on the betterment of individuals with disabilities. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Operations at Lead India Foundation 2030 and continue to foster innovation and inclusivity in their initiatives.
