Tom Letica

Tom Letica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at FOX Factory since June 2021, Tom holds a long-standing position as Senior Engineering and Quality Manager at BÖLLHOFF Group since March 2006, where responsibilities include managing the transition to IATF16949:2016 certification and overseeing customer interactions related to quality concerns. Tom also has prior experience as a Product Manager, managing product launches, and as an Application Engineer and New Business Development Engineer at TI Automotive, focusing on securing new business from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
