Mark E. Matta

Mark E. Matta is currently the Director of Program Management at Bollinger Shipyards, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Matta managed the FRC and MCM USV programs at Bollinger from 2013 to 2022. Matta also served as a retired Commander in the US Coast Guard from 1977 to 2005, with notable positions including Deputy Project Resident Office for the Fast Response Cutter and Director of Waterfront Operations for the Gulf Coast National Security Cutter. Additionally, Matta held the role of Program/Contract Manager at Lockheed Martin from 2006 to 2007 and was a Program Manager/Owner's Representative at Hornbeck Offshore from 2012 to 2013.
