John Pepper

John Pepper is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the food and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Product Advisor and Restaurant Evangelist at Toast and as Founder & Managing Partner of 211vc, John focuses on investing in purpose-driven start-ups. John co-founded Boloco, where John holds the position of Chief Advisor and has been integral since its inception in 1997. Additionally, John contributes as a board member for Founders Table Restaurant Group and holds private investment roles in several companies, including Athletic Brewing Company, Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc., and MarginEdge. John's educational background includes a BA in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
