In that world, BOLT will cease to exist because critical skills become institutional knowledge passed down through generations, the network of change-makers grows rapidly, and funders recognize the need to redistribute capital to the grassroots.

We are working to that vision by empowering grassroots leaders to bring the change their communities want to see. We provide training, connections, funding, and other critical resources.
