Justin Grooms has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Starting in 1999, Justin worked at The Home Depot as a Contractor Sales Associate until 2001. Justin then moved on to Kyocera International, Inc. - Semiconductor Components Group as a Market Development Analyst from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, Justin worked at Qualcomm as a Manager, Complex Licenses. Justin then joined Datron World Communications as the GM of the Advanced Technology Group from 2008 to 2015. In 2016, they became the CRO at Leap Motion (now Ultraleap) until 2019. Following that, Justin held the position of VP & GM, Global Sales at Bolt from 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a GTM Advisor to the CEO at ROLI, which continued until 2022. Additionally, from 2018 to 2022, Justin served as a GTM Advisor to the CEO at TriplePoint Capital.

Justin Grooms received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Game Theory from UC San Diego in 2003. Justin then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from UC Irvine in 2007, with a focus on Microeconomics and Organizational Psychology.
