Simon Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in dispute analysis, client support, and credit operations. Currently serving as a Senior Disputes Analyst at Bolt since September 2019, Simon has successfully improved chargeback win rates through process innovation. Previously, at Addepar, Simon enhanced customer onboarding processes and delivered client training, while at Chase, Simon excelled in credit decision accuracy and client relationship management. Simon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investments from Brooklyn College.
