Chuck Meredith is the Chief Experience Officer at Bolt Data. Chuck has over 20 years of experience in customer support and marketing & sales IT.

Meredith started their career at DuPont in 1999 as a Global Program Manager for Corporate Marketing & Sales IT. In this role, they were responsible for managing DuPont's corporate marketing and sales IT programs.

In 2011, Meredith left DuPont to join ServiceMax as their Global Vice President of Customer Support. In this role, they led a global organization that provided world-class support to enterprise companies. During their time at ServiceMax, Meredith helped reduce customer churn below 5% and increase revenue through customer support improvements.

In 2020, Meredith left ServiceMax to join Oracle as their Sr. Director of Oracle Consulting Services. In this role, they were responsible for scaling Oracle's hybrid (on-shore / off-shore) customer support organization.

Meredith is currently the Chief Experience Officer at Bolt Data. In this role, they are responsible for improving the customer experience by developing long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

Chuck Meredith works with Jeff Komlos - SVP & Chief Delivery Officer, Allan Alexopulos - Managing Director, and Chris Hurd - Founding Partner. Chuck Meredith reports to Rob Meredith, CEO.
