James Mac Hale

James Mac Hale has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Summer Intern role at Mercer Ireland in 2015. In 2016, they were a Research Assistant at the Volatility Institute at NYU Shanghai, and a Business Development Intern at Zerve. In 2017, they worked as a Business Intern at Wave Computing, where they constructed financial models such as NPV and LTV, presented directly to the C-suite on target customer research, researched target customers for contact information, executed and directed the overhaul of the company-wide intranet on Sharepoint, and built customer expanded customer target list as part of market segment expansion. In 2018, they held two roles at Wave Computing, Business Analyst and Business Operations Associate. In 2020, they were a Business Development Manager at Alibaba Cloud, and in 2022 they became a Business Operations Manager at Bolt Graphics.
